At Selektro, our manufacturing facilities utilize the latest techniques for PCB configuration and preferred assembly tests. Specializing in high-mix volume EMS, we handle everything from complex single parts to large integrated projects with package-on-package construction. Our certified facilities adhere to industry standards, ensuring quality across all parameters. With our comprehensive PLM, we manage every step of the product lifecycle. Our EMS portfolio covers a wide range of technology combinations and specific processes.

Our capabilities:

SMT – Processing of component designs (01005) to X-ray and in-line 3D & 2D AOI
THT – Wave soldering and depaneling technology
Test – Various test development- and testing methods e.g automated optical inspection (AOI), X-Ray, Functional testing and System Testing
Coating – Newest sealing technology
PCBA assembly – Surface-mounted technologies (SMT), through-hole assembly, wave soldering, cleaning processes like washing, surface passivation like coating and potting.
Our SMT machines with component control and vision ensure a very high standard of SMD assembly. Through subsequent soldering with nitrogen – both reflow and wave soldering – the high level of quality in electronics assembly is retained in the most optimal way. Our technicians have wide experience in assembling leaded components. They can confidently perform additional work on circuit boards that may be required by our customer.
Our state-of-the-art SMD Division uses advanced Yamaha Pick & Place units.
